Hilton has announced its highly anticipated new openings for 2025, which include landmark properties and some that were initially set for a 2024 debut. The lineup showcases luxury and innovation, featuring the world’s first all-inclusive resort by the Curio Collection by Hilton and the iconic return of the Waldorf Astoria New York.
Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Situated north of Punta Cana on the serene beaches of Playa Esmeralda, the Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort marks a standout opening in the Dominican Republic. This beachfront property, with 502 rooms, blends sophisticated design and sustainable practices. Guests will enjoy six unique dining venues offering diverse cuisines, six bars, an expansive pool complex with a water park, and a children’s club. The on-site spa, with ten treatment rooms and a beauty salon, enhances relaxation, while a modern fitness center and juice bar cater to wellness-focused visitors
Conrad Athens The Ilisian
Athens, Greece
The Ilisian, launching in late 2025, is set to transform the former Hilton Athens into a luxury mixed-use property, marking the debut of Conrad Hotels in Greece. The hotel will offer 280 rooms and suites, featuring panoramic views of Athens and a lavish 400-square-meter rooftop suite. Additional highlights include 18 Conrad Residences, 37 Waldorf Astoria Residences, a private members’ club, and a rooftop track. The design preserves the original architecture, notably the facades by Yannis Moralis.
Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Opening in late 2024 as part of the Tapestry Collection, Delfins Beach Resort on Bonaire offers 148 rooms with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The property features two outdoor pools and a pristine beach, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. Guests can immerse themselves in the island’s culture with a dive shop for underwater explorations and cuisine inspired by local traditions, along with a wellness center and modern fitness facilities.
Waldorf Astoria New York

Returning in 2025 after a meticulous restoration led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the Waldorf Astoria New York will blend its historic Art Deco grandeur with modern luxury. The hotel will feature 375 expansive rooms and suites, alongside residences designed by Jean-Louis Deniot. Amenities include a 2,700-square-meter spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a premier restaurant helmed by chef Michael Anthony.
Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof

Hilton’s Canopy brand will debut in South Africa with the opening of Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof. Located in a vibrant district known for its shops, offices, and cultural significance, the 154-room hotel will include a café, lobby bar, fitness center, and conference facilities, creating a hub for both leisure and business travelers.
Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique

The hotel will provide personalized concierge services and leisure facilities such as an indoor pool and spa. A chapel and extensive event spaces make it ideal for weddings and conferences.
Conrad Hamburg
Hamburg, Germany
Conrad Hotels & Resorts makes its debut in Germany with the opening of Conrad Hamburg in the historic Levantehaus on Mönckebergstraße. This prime location places guests within reach of top attractions and shopping. The hotel will offer 238 rooms, including 25 suites, and amenities like a spa, pool, lounge bar, and nine meeting rooms.
Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan
