The 20 cheapest Marriott Bonvoy Properties in Europe
While Marriott excels in the number of hotels in their portfolio, running over 800 properties in Europe, their price point is generally higher than that of other brands, such as Accor or IHG. So, where should Europeans travel for affordable Marriott status nights? That’s what I’ve tried to find out.

If you want to earn affordable Marriott status nights, a trip to Germany may be worthwhile, with nine hotels costing less than $77. Seven of those hotels (and 13 of the entire list) are Moxy hotels, Marriott’s modern brand aimed primarily at young people. The other prominent brands on our list are Courtyard and AC Hotels, many of them located in Spain.
Overall, it must be said that the list of the cheapest Marriott hotels in Europe is far from being cheap. While IHG’s and Hilton’s cheapest hotels start at around $50, including breakfast (as most of them are Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn hotels), here you’re paying around $77 without breakfast. This list confirms what we initially mentioned in our intro: Marriott has many hotels, but their general price point is on a higher level.
