Now, the company is further expanding its iconic portfolio while also celebrating the 25th anniversary of its partnership with Cascade Investment, LLC, and Kingdom Holding Company.

By 2033, Four Seasons aims to grow its portfolio to 180 properties worldwide. This expansion includes new locations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Among the highly anticipated openings are Four Seasons Belize, Four Seasons Deer Valley, Four Seasons Porto Heli, and Four Seasons Park Gstaad, along with many others. Additionally, the iconic Four Seasons New York reopened just before the end of last year.

Exciting New Openings

Four Seasons will soon welcome new hotels in destinations such as Medina, the Red Sea, Zanzibar, Melbourne, Taiwan, and Shanghai, with more locations to follow. But that’s not the only milestone being celebrated. The brand is also marking 40 years of offering luxury residential properties, a segment that has now grown to 55 residences worldwide—with more expansions planned in the coming years.
